"Deck of cards"
Teams of 4:
25 min AMRAP
Spades = burpees
Clubs = KB swings (53/35)
Hearts = box jumps
Diamonds = Lunges
Jokers = 400m run

Team members shuffle a deck of cards and each take turns picking a card and have to perform that movement with that number of reps.

Face cards = 15 reps
Aces = 20 reps

Everyone works at the same time
